When evil jewellery smuggler Rico DeMarco loses his prize catch, a rare diamond necklace, he is not a happy man. With Officer Bob and the Beach Patrollers hot on his trail, it is a race against time to find it. Who will find the necklace first? What lengths will Rico go to get it back? Will anyone be rescued?
